4G Color, ColorBender Software License Agreement

Please read this agreement before using ColorBender. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use ColorBender. If you use ColorBender, including the trial version, then you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this license. If you have purchased ColorBender and you do not agree with these terms, your money will be refunded (contact info@colorbender.com for a refund).

COPYRIGHTED IMAGES. ColorBender is licensed to you for use only with images you own or are authorized to use.

SERIAL NUMBER. Upon purchase of ColorBender you will be given a serial number that can be used to permanently install a trial copy of ColorBender. You may only use this number to install ColorBender on computers you personally use. This number will be valid for all ColorBender 1.x releases.

LIMITED WARRANTY. This software is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY. In no event shall 4G Color’s total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid for the software.

GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS. You agree to be bound by any applicable Government restrictions.

DEVELOPMENT RESTRICTIONS. This software was developed in Apple’s Cocoa and you agree to be bound by any pertinent restrictions from Apple Computer for such development.

REVERSE ENGINEERING. You agree not to reverse engineer the technology or disassemble the software code.
